Reservation and cancellation conditions of the company “Jizerská sportovní, s.r.o.” for the pension Potkávárna u Havrana

Even Ravens are obliged to set clear conditions of stay for everybody’s benefit. Guests can book their stay with us through the online reservation system at www.potkavarnauhavrana.cz, and in rare cases electronically by email or telephone.

To make a reservation for your stay it is necessary to pay in advance the cost of your accommodation in full (meals are not paid in advance). This payment is made by electronic bank transfer, details of which will be sent to your inbox.

Your reservation is only binding when The Raven confirms receipt of your payment by email.

In case of cancellation, the Raven is obliged to charge a cancellation fee according to the following rules.
If a guest cancels their stay:
• 3–0 days before arrival – 100% of the price of the booking
• 14–4 days before arrival – 50% of the price of the booking
• 30–15 days before arrival – 30% of the price of the booking
• More than 30 days before arrival – you will receive a full refund

If you find replacement guest(s) when cancelling, no cancellation fees will be applicable.

To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact the Raven by email on bookings@potkavarnauhavrana.cz, or over the phone on +420 774 428 726 – we are very comfortable speaking English. The modification or cancellation is only valid once the Raven sends you written confirmation, by email, of the change or cancellation.
If the cancellation fee is less than the payment already paid, the difference will be returned to the customer by bank transfer.
For tailor-made stays and other special events, the cancellation policy may be governed by a special written agreement different to the terms set out here.
